Jay's Mobile Auto Repair has been family run through two generations. Currently run by Justin Porter, son of Mark Porter, the entire family still remains active with the business. Now retired, you'll still find Mark around the shop with his trademark smile and helpful hand. Stephanie, Justin's fiancé, has been involved with creating the company's first website and maintaining an active social media presence.
In The Beginning...
Jay's Mobile Auto Repair set out to be different than other automotive repair experiences. Our aim was to eliminate the need for expensive and inconvenient towing bills, and provide the customer the convenience of a mechanic that came to them. We also aimed to maintain complete transparency throughout the repair process and help to ensure customers understood what is being repaired and why. There are no service writers, or customer service representatives to add confusion or misinformation to the mix. You're always speaking with the technician that is repairing your vehicle. These differences plus our 0% parts markup is what started our path to success and all our satisfied customers.
